DC37 Contracts and Collective Bargaining
Members wages, hours, working conditions and fringe benefits (Economic Contract) are governed by collective bargaining contracts negotiated between DC 37 and the City of New York. DC 37 bargaining committees discuss and plan bargaining priorities and strategies. The MTA automatically adopts this agreement.
