Telework Requests and Approvals
- If you don’t see the link, contact the IT Service Desk at 646-252-8888 or open a request in ServiceNow. Note: New employees will see the link at the end of their first 30 calendar days of employment.
- If your supervisor’s information is incorrect or blank in the Supervisor field, you must request that your current supervisor contact your agency’s HR Business Partner to correct your record before your telework request can be submitted.
- A Teleworking Acknowledgement will be emailed to you to confirm approval of your request.
- Within 5 to 7 days, you will be registered in Prodoscore and will be able to sign in. Prodoscore will notify you of your registration via email.

1. To ensure your personal privacy is maintained as far as practicable you may want to consider using a dedicated PC or laptop and not a machine that you use for other personal use. This is just a suggestion---
Remember tracking software and Citrix receiver will be installed and running in the background of your computer.
2. Prodoscore appears to only work with Microsoft Office and does not appear to integrate with Adobe, AutoDesk (e.g. AutoCAD) or other proprietary software. This means your efforts using these software will not counted toward your Prodoscore.
3. Prodoscore can track your daily work on your office PC even when not used on telework days. That said MTA Notes they already monitor your usage but prodoscore is more proactive in this regards.
