NOTICE OF NOMINATIONS FOR LOCAL 3652 OFFICERS

ELIGIBILTY

To be eligible for office, a member must be in good standing (i.e. paying dues) for one (1) year immediately
preceding the election.

As per Local 3652 Constitution, all Officers and Delegates shall be elected for a three (3) year term.

NOMINATIONS

MEETING DATE: Wednesday, January 21st, 2026
TIME: 6:00 PM

LOCATION: DC 37 Union Headquarters, 125 Barclay Street, NY, NY 10007, Lower-Level Room #2
Any dues paying members of Local 3652 may nominate a candidate.

NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
PRESIDENT- One (1)
VICE PRESIDENT- One (1)
TREASURER – One (1)
SECRETARY- One (1)
MEMBERSHIP OFFICER- One (1)
PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER- One (1)
SERGEANT-AT-ARMS- One (1)
DC 37 DELEGATES- Four (4)
