Transit recommends members to submit the completed application to the Pass Coordinator in each department or drop it off at the Pass Unit (see attached). They do not recommend anyone to visit the Pass Office.
The Pass Unit will process the applications and new passes will be distributed to the employees via their department Pass Coordinator.
